After School Clubs IMPORTANT CHANGES Please note that as from Monday 28th September 2026 you will now need to book, cancel or amend your After School Club booking 7 days in advance. This is so we can maintain staffing ratios. Thank you to all those that have booked for clubs this term, attendance has been amazing and we are so pleased the children seem to be really enjoying them. Please remember that once any club is full (at the moment Cooking with Miss Buckmaster is incredibly popular) I will send a message to inform you that the club is full. A register is then printed. If you book online after this date (and the system unfortunately will let you do that!) I will cancel the session and refund your payment. If you wish to cancel a place, your money will only be refunded if you do so with the 7 days. If it is due to sickness that your child cannot attend, I will refund you payment. If you wish to book an after school club within 7 days of the date, please contact the school office and if there is space, I will book it in for you. If your child is left in club, without it being booked, you will be asked to collect your child. Thank you for your cooperation with this.
