School Clubs

AFTER SCHOOL CLUB - DATES FULL

Once a date is full, the register is printed and a text is sent and the website updated.

If a child is booked in after this, the parent will be asked to collect their child and a refund will be made.

There is NO after school clubs on the last day of the whole term.  

NO CLUB FRIDAY 16th DECEMBER 2023

How to book: 

Log onto ParentPay and use the booking facility to book your child into the after school date you need.  See the attached guide on how to do this.

Occasionally there are limited spaces available in clubs and you will be notified by text when the clubs are full and you must not then book on line.

Please also note that parents of children who are not booked in via ParentPay will be contacted and asked to collect their children. This is in line with adult-child ratio.

The charge is £4.50 per session Mon-Thurs and £3.50 Friday after school.

Toast Club is £3 per session.

MONDAY    till 4.45pm 
TUESDAY    till 4.45pm
WEDNESDAY  till 4.45pm
THURSDAY    till 4.45pm 
FRIDAY   till 4.15pm

In an emergency please contact the school if you will be late, otherwise please make sure your child is collected by this time.

If you need to cancel a club, please make sure this is done before midnight the night before so that your money will be refunded.  

For an emergency you can contact the office on the day to see if there is space, otherwise all bookings need to be made via ParentPay.  

Please make sure that you complete the page thoroughly on ParentPay as your booking will not be confirmed until you have fully 'checked out'.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A DEBT LIMIT OF £25 PLEASE DO NOT EXCEED THIS AMOUNT   ALL PARENTPAY ACCOUNTS MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE OR WEEKLY

Toast Club is the only club you don't have to book in advance - just turn up! Access is through the school hall door at the side of the school/near field.  Any time from 8.00am. But please make sure you pay for it either in advance or weekly.  The charge is £3.00 per session.

YOGA CLUB – with Yoga Jo!

On a Wednesday, children in all years can join Yoga Jo for an after school club.  This club has always been a very popular class, there are only a few remaining spaces.

If you would like to book your child in, please book on ParentPay under the separate heading ‘After School Yoga with Yoga Jo’,  We ask that you book for the half term in advance, payments are non-refundable once booked.
