As a school we believe that providing a balanced diet supports children's development and our catering is supplied by Edwards and Blake who provide a varied and delicious menu.

 

Free School Meals


It's always important to check to see if you are eligible for Free School Meals through Suffolk County Council.

All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are currently eligible to Free School Meals however it is always important to notify SCC if you are receipt of any of the following:

Income Support
Income based Job Seekers Allowance
Income related Employment and Support allowance
Guarantee element of State Pension Credit
Child Tax Credit and have an annual income that does not exceed £16,190
If you are supported under part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
Working Tax Credit

Please be advised that if your child requires a school packed lunch when attending a school trip - they are able to do so by ordering it through the school office. This MUST be ordered before the date of consent to attend the trip is given.

The normal sandwich fillings apply, Ham, Cheese or Tuna and generally the packed lunch will have fruit/salad, yogurt, and a muffin/biscuit bar type item. Children who are entitled to free school meals will be able to have a school packed lunch for free also.
