If you would like to book your child into any of our clubs please complete the form below and return to the office with payment. Please note Clubs commence on Monday 20th February in the 2nd Half of Spring Term.

SUMMER TERM - We would like to remind parents that we do not run the Film Club in the Summer Term and at present there are no plans to run a flexi club on that night.
