Easton School Association
The Easton School Association
The Easton School Association (ESA) is a lively, highly valued body that works in close collaboration with the school.
All parents at Easton school are automatically members of the ESA but how you much want to be involved is entirely up to you. Our main task is to raise important funds for the school and we do this by organising a variety of events across the school year. This range from regulars such as the Christmas Fair, a 'Fun Run', the Sports BBQ and the School Lottery as well as other ideas, like the Quiz Nights, school tea towels, Royal tea party, cards and a 'Jamie at Home' party. We aim to raise at least £1000 a year and in the past we have helped fund school trips, the new sand pit, discos, plants for the garden and refurbishments to the school building. This year we are hoping to provide funds for equipment for the newly revamped Class 1, an overhaul of the pond area and a PA system.
Officially we have a committee made up of staff and parents but the ESA is very informal and any support you can give is always very welcome. We try to meet 2-3 times each term to discuss events and ideas and to generally have a catch up but are aware that not everyone can make the meetings. Ideally we are looking for support and for a group of willing volunteers that we can call on to help out at the events as the more help we have the more fun we can have.
If you are interested in joining the committee or would like to be involved then please contact Kathy Churchill or Kathy Carter and we will let you know when the next meeting is going to take place.
Please open the documents below to keep informed about forthcoming events and services provided for the school.
